Over 160 Key Leaders Honestum Est meeting @Macau July 2019

How I can help others? I contribute my knowledge to others. During the weekend of 5-7th of July, I organized at Macau, in China, the Honestum Est Community key leaders training.

We had 160 people from the Philippines, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Singapour, Estonia, Switzerland, Denmark, Holland, Malaysia, China, South-Korea, Germany, Russia, Australia. All Honestum Est key leaders and ambassadors.

I and my wife Annika Urm, Henrik von Scheel and his wife Marianne teaching and training people how to be more successful and happy in their life!

Honestum Est is a global community where people learn to live, lead a life, make business and invest. Community members earn revenue in different projects, and each project donates part of the revenue to charity. Isn’t that great?

Henrik von Scheel is the mastermind behind of Industry economics book 4.0 and the digital revolution, which ignited the global theme of today. He is a key speaker in every economic forum in all over the world. And the closed-door main speaker in the Economic world forum in Davao. He has been giving pieces of advice to all presidents including Obama and Trump! He is also the author of 9 bestseller economic books.

Honestum Est members were honored to listen to his lecture regarding blockchain and AI latest trends and 4 keynotes of basic sales strategy shared from Henrik von Scheel with Joshua von Sheel and Veiko Huuse next book.

We had very motivating training and free time spending with key leaders in Macau.

The meeting was at St. Paul Stairs in Macau old town and there was an open-air session at the Ruins of St. Paul’s.

Macau is an artificial island. You can go there from Hong Kong with a ferry or by bus over man-made bridges. 35 minutes by bus and 1 h by ferry.

Macau or Macao officially the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, is a special administrative region of China on the western side of the Pearl River estuary in southern China. With a population of 653,100 and an area of 32.9 km2 (12.7 sq mi), it is the most densely populated region in the world.

Macau is China it’s like Las Vegas in the USA, where the main attractions are casinos and entertainment, etc. Shopping is also big in Macau! There are actually 3 different islands. And they have their own money MOP and it is same as Hong Kong Dollars you can pay any of this money in Macau, but in Hong Kong, you can only pay by Hong Kong Dollars. Macau was formerly a colony of the Portuguese Empire.

For me was surprised that Portuguese gave up power in Macau just 1999. Originally a sparsely populated collection of coastal islands, the territory has become a major resort city and the top destination for gambling tourism. It is the ninth-highest recipient of tourism revenue and its gaming industry is seven times larger than that of Las Vegas.

Every since in the city, two languages are spoken. Chinese and Portuguese on! But in the city, I didn’t see a single Portuguese there 99% Chinese and tourist 1% from outside china. People didn’t speak English not Taxi drivers no in restaurants, maybe 1-2 people in the Hotel.

In Macau, Taipai island is like a copy of Las Vegas! And they have amazing Venetia and Parisian and City of Dreams hotels, sightseeings and shops ofcourse everywhere are Casinos! Venetian hotel is just so amazing to give you an even much better overview than real Venetia! It was just amazing! Check out photos below.

Parisian they have Eiffel tower where we went up! Hotel is like Monaco Casino and Versaille castle!

In Macau Island, we visited Hotel Lisboa! Looks like the oldest and most shining Casino and hotel!!! The very special shape of the skyscraper building! No one does it this because of the earth quick! Just Take a look! Very very special shape tall building and golden pall on the first 10 floors! and There we saw also a Dance show in Casino! Of course no pictures in Casino or from Show. We watched maybe 1-2 pictures but that is.

It was strange there were no good restaurants just street food and food court in every shopping center, but not really fine dining! Just overdoing with shopping and casino! I don’t get who are going and spending money there! I guess Chinese really like gambling and Shopping too! Tourist from outside is just a few people! But numbers of gambling prove otherwise.

I think Chinese don’t have the custom to have dinner or a special occasion in a nice restaurant! They are just too many and not really good manners! Too noisy, durty, not speaking any languages no manners whats so ever! They are lacking behaviors and courtesy.

Walking down the street was quite so funny, we know there are exciting real Gucci store and fake stuff! In China is actually also known as cheap real stuff! I think they are fake but i think people who sell in this shop doesn’t know, they really think it is real. A laptop bag is costing 1200 eur, in the real shop, it starts from 2500 eur and fake cost 100-200 eur. So in China is a new trend for in middle fake branding! They look good copies and shop is decent but not so luxury like real one and in a very simple area.

We had our plane from Hong Kong and last day we also had there Honestum Est community meeting and greeting.

Hong Kong is much more business-oriented, mixed people from different nationalities and culture. The former UK …. traffic is left-sided. And they really have a lot of restaurants like we are used to! We were 1 day also in Hong Kong, our flight went back from there and we had 4 business meeting there! I like Hong Kong Very much and much warmer feeling to go back! We had lunch on 103 floors….. building downstairs is Ritz- Carlton Hotel! On top is 4-5 restaurants and everywhere GRAFT jewelry stands! View even from the toilet is wow Incredible.
